  • All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • The damage is caused by misuse or improper installation
  • The order is refused without valid reason
  • The product is purchased during a clearance or sale (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Refund Process
  • To request a refund:

  • Provide order number and clear photos or videos
  • Our team will review and verify the claim
  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
  • Unauthorized refund requests will not be entertained.

  • Refund Method
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery refunds are processed through a mutually agreed method
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping Costs
  • If the refund is due to our error, shipping costs are covered by us
  • In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted or non-refundable
