- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
- All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product has been used, installed, or altered
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
- The damage is caused by misuse or improper installation
- The order is refused without valid reason
- The product is purchased during a clearance or sale (unless defective or incorrect)
- Refund Process
- To request a refund:
- Contact WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos or videos
- Our team will review and verify the claim
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
- Unauthorized refund requests will not be entertained.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery refunds are processed through a mutually agreed method
- Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs
- If the refund is due to our error, shipping costs are covered by us
- In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted or non-refundable
