At Sialkot MotorSports, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, installed, or altered
  • The issue is reported after 24 hours
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Damage is caused by improper installation or misuse

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
  3. Order number
  4. Clear photos or videos of the issue
  5. Our support team will review and confirm eligibility
  6. Once approved, further instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, an alternative or store solution may be offered
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the case

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are handled through a mutually agreed method.


  • Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping
  • In other cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
