At Sialkot MotorSports, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, installed, or altered
- The issue is reported after 24 hours
- The product was purchased during a clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Damage is caused by improper installation or misuse
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Our support team will review and confirm eligibility
- Once approved, further instructions will be provided
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Approved exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is unavailable, an alternative or store solution may be offered
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the case
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued via the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are handled through a mutually agreed method.
- Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping
- In other cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
